Powered by the HNC Cloud, a cross-platform industrial IoT solution supporting PC, iPad, Android, and iOS devices, the HT3000-A Series allows users to remotely access, monitor, program, and maintain machines and equipment from virtually anywhere. The system offers comprehensive cloud services, making it easier to manage industrial assets efficiently and flexibly.

To ensure security and reliability, the platform uses 128-bit SSL encryption and device-side A-Key and B-Key protection mechanisms for safe remote communication. Together with the IoT BUS APP, users can enjoy seamless multi-terminal connectivity, empowering smarter industrial control and management across all levels.

Connection in LAN: All models have built-in IIoT technology, enabling local access and open interfaces without the Internet.

Video surveillance: The HMI can connect to cameras supporting RTSP or EZVIZ protocols via Ethernet. The camera feed can be viewed on the HMI and the APP.

Cloud maintenance: It is easier for manufacturers to manage equipment using the remote maintenance function.

Video playing: Videos can be played on the HMI. The supported format is MP4.

Web API: Users can retrieve data and control devices through their own platforms or software via Web API, either in a local area network or over the Internet.

Data security: User data is not stored on the HNC Cloud. All data can be stored on private or public servers designated by users.

MQTT protocol: MQTT protocol is supported and can be applied for connections with ERP/MES systems or databases.

IoT platform: All models support connection to Alibaba Cloud IoT, AWS IoT, and Google Cloud IoT Core.

Display integration: The HMI display can be embedded in other applications such as software, websites, or apps, allowing remote access to the HMI.

Remote centralized control: All data from remote devices can be collected through an MQTT broker for centralized control. Users do not even need to deploy a server when using a cloud data center.

Text to speech: English text can be converted into voice through the built-in speaker. Audio files can also be played.

Voice intercom: All models support voice intercom, voice broadcasting, and remote intercom via the app.

Mobile scanner: Mobile phones can be used as barcode scanners to input information anywhere, offering greater convenience than external scanners.

Mobile authentication: Operator identities can be verified using NFC recognition or by scanning a QR code with a mobile phone.

RFID/NFC: The HMI supports reading RFID tags and NFC recognition, which can be applied for user login and access control.

Digital display board: Production data, device status, and video surveillance feeds can be viewed on a large screen by connecting to a TV box. It is ideal for data visualization and centralized control.
